Job Title: Full Time or Part Time Handyman/woman

Location: North Vancouver, BC

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay: $35-$45 per hour, based on experience

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented lead handyman/woman to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven record in home repairs and maintenance, who is a self-starter and problem-solver, capable of working independently or leading projects. We are specifically looking for intermediate to senior professionals who can take charge of more complex tasks and bring expertise to every very job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to carpentry, painting, remodeling and general home maintenance.

• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

• Assist with project management tasks, such as helping with quotes and scheduling.

• Occasional door knocking to meet potential clients and introduce our services.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of carpentry experience.

• Proficiency in general remodeling and maintenance tasks (painting, caulking, drywall repair etc).

• Experience in job estimation, particularly for carpentry or maintenance work, is considered an asset.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Trade certification is a bonus but not a requirement.
